Welcome to the Indian River Farms website!

We are happy that you chose Indian River Farms as your community!

We are a family neighborhood comprised of 113 individual homes. United Property Associates serves as our management company and a UPA manager oversees the day to day management of our community. All IRF homeowners belong to our homeowner association. Our Governing Documents as well as any forms you may need are available on the Documents & Forms page.

Homeowner Association meetings are held throughout the year and are open to all who live or own a home in IRF. The meetings are presided over by our UPA manager and 5 homeowners who comprise the board of directors. Meeting minutes as well as a meeting schedule can be found on the Board Meetings page.

In addition to serving on the board of directors, there are several committees that are open to anyone who wishes to serve their community. These currently include a social committee, newsletter editor, and an architectural review board. To volunteer, reach out to any board member or contact our UPA manager. Contact information is listed on the Contact Info page.

A neighborhood newsletter is edited by volunteers from the community. It is provided to all homeowners on our Facebook page (the official indian river farms hoa) as well as on the Newsletters page of this website. The newsletter is a great way to keep abreast of activities, meeting agendas, updates and spotlights. All homeowners are encouraged to provide content for the newsletter. Past editions can be found on the Newsletters page.

All members of our community are invited to be a part of what makes our neighborhood a wonderful place to live. A great way to be involved is to volunteer for neighborhood committees, provide content to our newsletter editors and participate in community activities. We encourage everyone to attend homeowner meetings, to ask questions and make suggestions that you believe will make our community an even better place to live!
